Greg Scheibel finds inspiration in the remote locations, and unspoiled beauty of the west. Greg
was a drywall contractor for many years, always with a dream of someday taking his passion for art to the next level. Years
of drawing, pouring over art books, collecting and studying paintings of artists he admired, and a general accumulation of
life's experiences contribute to what he puts into his paintings. A fulltime artist since 2007, he has been awarded scholarships
from the Scottsdale Artist School, and has twice received an Award of Excellence from the Oil Painters of America. He was
recently awarded signature membership in the OPA. Greg lives in Bozeman, Montana with his wife and two children.
